INTEGRITY PROGRAM

The Integrity Program, as per Law No. 27,401 (the “Program”), is intended to prevent, detect and correct irregularities and illicit acts involving Matba Rofex (“MTR”) through the implementation of prevention, monitoring, supervision and, eventually, sanctioning mechanisms based on MTR’s ethical values and principles, reflected on the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
